Logansport Memorial Hospital seeking Volunteers

Logansport Memorial Hospital is seeking customer-focused individuals to join its corps of volunteers and help continue our tradition of delivering compassionate patient care. 

Volunteers are needed to greet visitors; accompany visitors to their destinations throughout the hospital; staff the Information and Surgery Waiting desks; support various hospital departments and work in the Gift Shop. 

Our volunteers are some of the friendliest faces you'll meet during your stay at the hospital.

“Volunteers are a very special and important part of the care that we provide,” said Tamara Szarszewski, Volunteer and Gift Shop Coordinator. “We are looking for energetic, friendly people who are interested in making a difference in as much as four hours a month; you can be part of a truly unique experience.” 

In order to make the volunteer experience as rewarding as possible, staff work closely with all volunteers to match their skill levels and interests with a position at LMH. Orientation and volunteer education is provided.
