Shirley Crain's office may be located in Planning and Development, but she goes above and beyond to help departments all throughout the hospital. From technology tricks to helping you execute your latest project, she does it all and always with a friendly smile.

Shirley's Fun Facts

1. What’s the best advice anyone has ever given you?
-- My parents always said, “Whatever you do -- do to the best of your ability.”

2. Skittles or M&M’s? Why?
-- M&M’s, you can never go wrong with chocolate!

3. What is one book everyone should read, and why?
-- Everyone needs to read the Bible. It is the best-selling book of all time, who can argue with that.

4. You have won $1 million! What is the first thing you would buy?
-- I have always said I would put it somewhere safe and buy nothing for a while. I have always liked to save money.

5. What do you do in your free time?
-- I love to spend time with my family, read a book, bake, can vegetables and fruits from our garden, road trips anywhere long or short and crazy or not, I find cleaning and organizing relaxing.
