Logansport Memorial Hospital has announced that school sports physicals are available beginning June 24, 2013 at Healthy Companies. The physicals are available by appointment only and the cost is $50.00. Insurance will not be billed.
Healthy Companies is open Monday – Friday from 8 am – 4 pm. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 574-753-1567.
